Job Description:
Under minimal supervision, assists with organizing, and processing all incoming and outgoing patient information. Ensures all uploaded documents are completed in EMR charts. Files, locates, retrieves, and delivers medical records as assigned. This position will also be cross trained on switchboard to help cover incoming clinic calls from time to time.
