Ultimate Staffing is looking for a Medical Scheduler

Experience in the medical field is preferred. Individual must be self-motivated, able to multi-task with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities include:

- Welcome patients and visitors in person or over the phone

- Ability to handle a very high volume of calls.

- Schedule/reschedule appointments

- Answer incoming calls

- Retrieve messages from answering machine and return calls

- Confirm appointments for next day

- Collect co-pays and balances due at check in/out

- Inform patients of outstanding balance, collect due balance and issue receipt

Other duties assigned

- Update HIPPA forms
