Miller Hill Subaru in Duluth, MN is looking for a full time service scheduler to join our BDC (Business Development Center). Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

*Answer incoming calls *Schedule Service appointments *Make outbound calls to follow up and retain good CSI *Make outbound calls to missed appointments and declined service customers *Work directly with the BDC manager and service manager to make sure shop capacity is met

Qualifications

*Great customer service is a must! *Call center experience is a plus but not required *Dealership experience is a plus but not required *Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve *Prompt and courteous demeanor *Positive and hardworking personality *Strong computer skills

The job is paid an hourly wage plus incentives for sold service and CSI.
