Genesis is seeking an experienced, Full-Time, Medical Appointment Scheduler who is bilingual in Spanish to work in our busy medical practice. This position is located in our centralized Business Office in Spring. Applicants must be dedicated to providing superior patient care, able to prioritize, organize and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

2-4 years prior medical appointment scheduling experience is preferred.

Ability to speak, read and write in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

Must be able to handle a large number of phone calls daily.

Must have computer experience.

Must be able to work in a team environment.
