JOB SUMMARY:

We're seeking a dynamic Scheduler who will be the first point of contact for leads responding to our paid ads and clients needing appointment adjustments. This role requires managing inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a seamless scheduling experience. The successful candidate will possess strong sales and communication skills, adhering to scripts while providing exceptional service. With two distinct booking systems in use, meticulous attention to detail is crucial for maintaining synchronization. Qualifications/Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills, oral and written, with the ability to implement pre-set scripts seamlessly into any conversation.
• Exceptional phone sales skills, with a proven ability to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Must be fluent in Spanish, including understanding medical and aesthetic terminology.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation with a focus on quality care.
• Proficiency in managing multiple scheduling systems and ensuring synchronization.
• Highly responsible, with the ability to manage a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
• Attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate bookings and client information.
• A team player who is dynamic, friendly, and possesses a love for learning.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from leads interested in our services and clients needing to adjust their existing appointments.
• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, ensuring clients are informed and come prepared to their appointment.
• Utilize and synchronize multiple booking systems to maintain current schedules.
• Work closely with other staff to communicate same-day schedule changes effectively.
• Uphold a professional image and contribute to the team's effort by providing results driven work performance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Experience:

• Customer acquisition: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
