Matt’s Building Materials is looking for an Office Secretary for handling clerical/receiving tasks at our store in Harlingen. You will be managing files, taking payments on accounts, assisting customers with returns, and answering phone calls.
We need someone with the ability to write clearly and be proficient with word processing applications. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are also highly valued.
This is a full-time, 40 hour/per week position, you will be working Monday to Saturday. (with one day off during the week.)
