Responsibilities:

• Coach team members to improve performance and foster development within the credentialing software
• Process applications for new and existing providers, including mid-levels, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Oversee the operation of credentialing software and conduct monthly audits for data consistency
• Train new team members on software and act as a resource for ongoing support
• Maintain an electronic file of software updates and communicate and train the team on new updates
• Provide administrative support to the Director, including assistance with reports, matrix, and rosters; Meet with Department Chiefs for file reviews and train them on electronic appoint process
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications:

• 4 years of credentialing experience in medical field
• Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) required
• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
