Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding service updates
- Create repair orders and ensure accurate transmission of information to the service technicians
- Provide estimates for repairs and discuss pricing with customers
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts for repairs
- Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Answer phone call and provide customer support
Skills:
- Technical and mechanical knowledge is required.
- Knowledge of Ag Tractors, small engines, turf equipment is required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately document information
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills for creating repair orders and communicating with customers
- Must be able to stand/sit/kneel throughout workday and lift more than 50lbs on regular basis.
