Position Title: Technical Writer

Reports to: Construction & Facilities Maintenance Manager

Location: White Hall, AR

Employment Status: Full-Time

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt 

Position Summary: Aldevra LLC is currently seeking Technical Writer to support the Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) in White Hall, AR. The Technical Writer is responsible for producing high-quality technical documents that support our products and services. This role requires a blend of writing expertise and advanced computer skills. This position is contingent upon contract award.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Attending meetings
• Answering USG telephones
• Ensure that all documents or reports produced by contractors are suitably marked as contractor products or that contractor participation is appropriately disclosed.
• Write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.

Requirements

Security Requirements:

• Must be able to obtain CAC clearance.  

This position requires passing an extensive background check.

Qualifications:

• Shall possess a Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
• Have three years of working experience as a Technical writer.
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, a Technical Writer shall possess 10 years of experience as a Technical Writer.
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent verbal communication skills 
• Excellent and accurate written communication
• Proficiency in MS Office, and ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail; accurate data entry
• Customer Focused and team-oriented work ethic
• Able to multi-task efficiently and accurately, focusing on quality
