    About This Role

    This is more than just a sales job! We are looking for highly engaged, enthused and eager persons looking for a rewarding career opportunity to join our Medicare Field Sales Team.

    We receive hundreds of sales inquiries daily from people looking to explore Medicare plan options. Successful field sales agents guide these persons through an immersive face to face consultative sales experience. They understand that it is important to gain a complete understanding of their client’s needs before ‘shopping’ all of the insurance carriers to help them find the best carrier and plan that meets their health and financial needs.

    We will provide the tools, training and support! You bring your open mind, passion for people and drive to exceed sales goals. and the drive to fter training, each Agent is responsible for meeting daily and monthly Medicare sales goals, as well as achieving key Quality Assurance and productivity field sales KPI metrics.

    Essential Duties Include


    • Consistently meet required quality assurance, productivity and sales performance goals


    • Create a stellar face to face experience through thoughtful customer interactions that are complete, accurate, ethical and compliant

    • Quote individuals on available Medicare health plan options and accurately explain the plan details and benefits

    • Attend all company training sessions to remain current with product offerings

    • Adhere to all Medicare compliance guidelines, including, but not limited to, to the company’s HIPAA privacy and Business Ethics policies


    Required Qualifications
    • High school diploma or GED
    • 3 year of related field sales and/or industry experience
    • State Health Agent License (2-15 or 2-40)
    • Reliable and predictable attendance
    • Skilled in using Windows PC applications including strong keyboard and navigation skills
    • Ability to work flexible hours which may include nights, weekends, and overtime
    • Completion of annual carrier Medicare Certifications on time (AHIPP)
    • Must successfully pass carrier background check(s)
    • For Licensed Agents:
    • Need release of contracts with Carriers within 30 days of New Hire start date

    Working Hours Schedule

    Hours: 11 am-8 pm EST
    Training hours : 9 am to 6 pm EST
    Job Type: Full-time
