Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve the organization's goals and objectives
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes professional growth and development
- Collaborate with stakeholders, such as faculty, students, parents, and community members, to enhance educational programs and services
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies in education administration
- Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and other professional events

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in education administration or a related field
- Strong background in higher education teaching or educational leadership
- Proven ability to educate and mentor students effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in education administration
