Member Services Director directs and coordinates all aspects of the health maintenance organization (HMO) member services department. Plans and directs policies and objectives for addressing member inquiries. Being a Member Services Director establishes service quality goals for the department and implements strategies to meet these goals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Member Services Director typically reports to top management. The Member Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Member Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     Your New Role:

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a key player in providing supervision to our peer support specialists and addiction counselors, with a focus on serving youth experiencing houselessness. This role demands close collaboration with an interdisciplinary, multi-agency team to ensure the seamless coordination of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment services. The successful candidate will work closely with our Clinical Director, playing a crucial role in the development and implementation of an agency-wide harm reduction and substance use treatment framework. The ideal candidate for this position is someone deeply committed to making a difference in the lives of vulnerable youth. They must possess a strong background in clinical supervision within the context of SUD treatment and have a passion for applying harm reduction principles in their work.

    Skills & Attributes:

    · Ability and desire to work with culturally diverse staff, program participants, and community

    · Sound understanding of the impacts of trauma on mental health, substance use, and young adult development.

    · Must have access to an automobile, a valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance on that vehicle.

    · Must be willing to be CPR trained and certified

    Education & Experience:

    · Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, or social work and CADC I credential -OR- CADC II credential with significant practice experience.

    · Minimum of three years of experience in treating substance use disorders. Lived experience with substance use, houselessness or homelessness is highly valued.

    · Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
