POSITION SUMMARY
Provides quality banking service to meet customer needs. Job Duties: Answers customer questions and resolves issues and problems. Will be working with customers face to face. Making sure we proactively greet our customers. Being able to handle phone calls effectively, working to meet customer needs once proper protocols are followed to verify a customer’s identity over the phone. Handles customer transactions, posts transactions, pays out funds, and verifies cash. Identifies counterfeit currency. Cross-sells bank products and services. Maintains appropriate currency logs. Must perform work under minimal supervision. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. Do not have lending authority.
