Membership Assistant responds to member inquiries regarding membership, educational programs, events, publications, billing, or other problems using a phone, e-mail, or chat format. Processes subscriptions, membership applications, or member data changes. Being a Membership Assistant directs members to the resources to answer questions or provide requested information. Documents inquiries and interactions using a ticketing or customer relationship management (CRM) system. Additionally, Membership Assistant may draft correspondence and promotional communications or conduct outreach calling to solicit new members or promote events. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Membership Assistant works under moderate supervision. Front Desk/Membership Assistant –is responsible for overseeing the front entrance of the Portland Club House, answering phones and welcoming members, parents, and visitors. They will also assist in managing Clubhouse membership including intakes and updates, tracking daily attendance and program participation. This role is part time, 30 hours per week and eligible for benefits.
