Manages the members services program, distributes newsletters and other publications, sends renewal notices to expiring members, and maintains membership databases. Being a Membership Associate - Museum promotes membership renewals and marketing efforts. Provides reports to top management on membership statistics and trends. Additionally, Membership Associate - Museum may require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Membership Associate - Museum works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. The Appleton (downtown) YMCA is hiring Membership Associates. Membership staff greet members, provide tours of the Y and help members & guests with registrations and reservations. This is ideal position for individuals that enjoy delivering amazing customer service.
This is a part-time position with hours available mornings, afternoons, evenings or weekends – we will work with your schedule! Additional hours are available.
