Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team including social media posts
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Skills:
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working in a medical receptionist or dental office setting is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) is preferred along with social media posting
- Strong clerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a bonus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
