Responsible for the daily activities of the certification or credentialing programs of an association or membership organization. Being a Membership Specialist may interface with outside testing organizations. Ensures that all activities and requirements regarding an organization's certification programs are met. In addition, Membership Specialist may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Being a Membership Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. The Pickleball Club (“TPC”) is looking for a dynamic service driven individual to join our Concierge Team. The Membership Specialist will warmly greet members and their guests, answer their questions, promote club membership and programming and correctly direct incoming phone calls.
We are looking for an energetic, organized, and self-motivated team player with the ability to provide exceptional hospitality for our members and their guests, including proactively anticipating the needs of our members and providing each member with personalized service. The Membership Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of member and guest satisfaction by offering prompt, professional, courteous, and dedicated service. This individual is responsible for and dedicated to providing recognition, satisfaction, and value to the members and their guests while continuously improving efficiency, accuracy, productivity, and standards of service.

Physical Requirements:
Due to the cyclical nature of the industry, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the needs of the Club. In addition, attendance at all scheduled skill development sessions and departmental meetings is required.
