Mental Health Clinician (LCSW/PCC) provides clinical mental health counseling and case management services to patients. Conducts patient assessments, coordinates services, and provides individual therapy to help patients make positive behavior changes. Being a Mental Health Clinician (LCSW/PCC) coordinates with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement a holistic treatment plan. Requires a master's degree in psychology or equivalent. Additionally, Mental Health Clinician (LCSW/PCC) requires certification as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Typically reports to a manager. Mental Health Clinician (LCSW/PCC)'s years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Certification and/or licensing in the position's specialty is the main requirement. Our members are the uninsured population and we provide mental health at a reduced rate. All sessions are 30 mins each and 80%-100% remote. If you are passionate about helping those who need it most, please apply for a per diem or part-time remote position. ( Must be based in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia ) .Therapist Job Responsibilities:- Establishes positive, trusting rapport with patients.
- Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders.
- Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
- Meets with patients regularly to provide counseling, and treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Conducts ongoing assessments of patient progress.
- Involves and advises family members when appropriate.
- Refers patients to internal specialists or outside agencies when necessary.
- Maintains thorough records of patient meetings and progress.
- Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality.
- Contributes to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Flexible work hours from Monday- Saturday. You post your availability and our member will book directly with you. Our goal is to support the whole person and referring to different specialists within the company is highly encouraged.Therapist Qualifications/Skills:- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly.

- Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Current with all state licensing requirements, including LCPC, LCSW, Phd, PsyD.
- Several years of clinical experience.
