Located on the shores of two Great Lakes, Pathways Community Mental Health serves Alger, Delta, Luce and Marquette Counties of Michigan. Pathways provides specialized mental health services to adults who have a serious mental illness (SMI), adults and children who have an intellectual/ developmental disability (I/DD) and children and adolescents who have a serious emotional disturbance (SED).
Pathways offers recovery orientated outpatient and community based mental health services which include; psychiatry, therapy (individual, group, family), case management, community living supports, skill building and supported employment, assertive community treatment, wraparound, home based services and 24/7 crisis support services. Pathways also provides specialty services, which include occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy and applied behavior analysis. In addition, we have ABA clinics located in Marquette and Escanaba.

SALARY RANGE: $30.00/hr---$37.08/hr LMSW pay scale, $28.67/hr---$32.93/hr LLMSW pay scale, Plus benefits, dependent on position status. Specific salary range dependent on license status.
RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for providing coverage as an Outpatient Services Clinician covering needs in Pathways’ four county catchment area. This position could provide outpatient psychotherapy, intake assessments, intensive outpatient case management, or Supports Coordination services to a variety of clientele including adults, adolescents, children and families requesting services. This position makes diagnoses, develops treatment plans using the person centered planning process and provides treatment or appropriate referrals. Responsibilities may also include monitoring treatment plans to assess recipient’s progress and readjusting as appropriate, temporarily carrying a caseload, preparing case histories and needs assessments, providing counseling, follow-up, and aftercare. This position may be assigned to provide services to adults, children or adolescents. Daytime crisis intervention, groups, family or individual treatment may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree in Social Work with State of Michigan licensure as a Masters of Social Work (LMSW) or Limited Licensed Masters of Social Work (LLMSW) required. Experience in professional human services is desired. Consideration may also be given to other Master’s Degrees such as in Psychology with State of Michigan LLP licensure or Professional Counseling with State of Michigan licensure as LPC or LLPC
