Minimum Qualifications
1. One year of experience in public sector procurement; New Mexico experience is preferred.
2. Working knowledge of the State of New Mexico Procurement Code.
3. Ability to interpret and implement federal, state, and local procurement regulations and guidelines.
4. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, financial software, and database applications.
5. Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid New Mexico Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance with minimum liability coverage.
6. Background in acquisition of goods and services, procurement, contract management, and/or supply chain management is preferred.
7.Possess working knowledge and experience in developing and writing technical proposal is preferred.
8. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
