THE ROLE: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Financial:
o Build merchandise financial plans that meet target KPIs across portfolio of brands.
o Build strategy to manage product life cycle accounting for inventory productivity, markdowns, age of inventory, and zero‐out.
o Create pre‐season, annual, monthly weekly plans based upon event calendar and promotional strategies.
Assortment:
o Build vendor plans at the brand and enterprise level.
o Build and suggest assortment/classification plans and penetrations based upon historical performance trends.
Demand:
o Create replenishment strategies and models to drive revenue and productivity.
o Analyze sales data, forecast weeks of supply, and suggest actions to maximize revenue, margin, and productivity.
In‐season Management and Analysis:
o Collaborate with merchant teams to create and manage the OTB.
o Create standardized reports to execute data driven decisions.
o Aggregate Reporting to achieve Enterprise view of the business.
QUALIFICATIONS

5 years of merchandise planning experience
Strong analytical skills
Proven team player and collaborator
Strong time management skills, attention to detail, problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills –
communication between functional groups is critical.
Decision Making: Must be able to make decisions quickly in an ever‐changing environment; partner cross
functionally to make decisions as needed
