Job Title: 2nd Shift PMO Supervisor
Hours: 4pm - 1:30am
Job Responsibilities:
• Complies with standard operating procedures, quality procedures, and safety
procedures, including but not limited to personal protective equipment, job hazard
assessments, machine guarding, material handling, safe lifting, and plant safety rules.
• Will ensure that all employees receive the proper training for their assigned equipment and make certain that they approach their work in compliance with the programs, procedures, and policies that have been implemented.
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment.
• Must be able to effectively run vertical packaging machines and scales.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Weigh and inspect products, verifying and adjusting product weight to meet specifications.
• Always maintains a clean and well-organized work area.
• Verify the packaging bag information and product label matches.
• Monitor and accurately record production line quality checks as required.
• Must be able to follow the production schedule.
• Reports any equipment issues or non-conforming product issues to the manager operator or to
the director.
• Works to improve productivity, quality of the bag, environmental health and safety, sustainability, and the overall condition of the workplace.
• Must be able to troubleshoot equipment.
• Any other duties or responsibilities as seen fit by the management team.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Highly motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends when needed.
• Must be able to stand and work in a 35-degree temperature environment for long periods of time.
• Must be organized and know how to maintain equipment.
• Communicate effectively, clearly, and concisely, both orally and in writing.
