Being a Merchandising Manager collaborate with marketing, finance, and buying to Identify new suppliers and products that reflect consumer preferences and drive sales. Coaches and mentors merchandising staff to produce product assortments that reflect branding, buying trends and support seasonal customer demand. You'll bring to the role
1 year retail management experience (preferred)

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines
Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions and uses sound judgment to solve problems
