Merchant Card Customer Service Manager manages a team of merchant card customer service representatives. Establishes service standards and monitoring processes to identify and resolve performance issues with team or service systems and procedures. Being a Merchant Card Customer Service Manager provides development and training that ensure the team is prepared to provide efficient service. Coordinates with other internal functions to provide any technical or other services that are needed. Additionally, Merchant Card Customer Service Manager recommends changes to products or services to fulfill customer needs and to address new or unmet business needs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Merchant Card Customer Service Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Merchant Card Customer Service Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. JOB DESCRIPTION
Client is searching for a Program Manager to support a very large program that will modernize mission-critical DoD IT infrastructure across dozens of sites CONUS and OCONUS.
Required:
A minimum of five years of experience within the last 10 years in the field of IT project management.
Possess a current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional Certification and/or a current Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification.
At least two years of continuous recent experience within the last five years managing the U.S. Army IT projects with multiple CONUS and OCONUS performance locations.
Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
Desired:
A minimum of ten years of experience in the field of IT project management.
Posses a Security (SEC ) and/or other Information Assurance Technical (IAT) II Level Certification.
Possess a current Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification.
Experience supervising and managing simultaneous contract operation support functions involving multiple, complex, and inter-related IT projects similar in size, scope, and complexity to AGUN-INC1 task areas of the TOR.

Location:
This position has the ability to be remote anywhere in the United States, but must be willing to work HST hours and travel to different sites as required
