Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and set up appointments
- Follow up with leads and prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Maintain a sales pipeline and track progress of leads through various stages of the sales process
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns from clients
- Utilize software systems to manage customer data, track interactions, and update client information
- Participate in sales meetings and presentations to showcase company products or services
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new clients
Requirements:
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients
- Strong cold calling abilities to initiate contact with prospects and generate interest in company offerings
- Effective public speaking skills to confidently present information about products or services
- Proficiency in math for calculating pricing, discounts, and other financial aspects of sales transactions
- Familiarity with software systems used for customer relationship management (CRM) and sales tracking
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse clients
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Phone etiquette and professional communication skills are essential for interacting with clients
