Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise within policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate and consult with managers, colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal or external customers. Required Qualifications: 2 years of Merchant Services Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Desired Qualifications: 1 years of merchant/payments processing experience. 1 years of banking industry experience 1 years of business-to-business sales experience Direct sourcing and prospecting new clients experience Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals with respect to products and/or services. Ability to interact with all levels of an organization. Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment. Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas. Strong influencing skills Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search.
