Job Overview: The Merchant Operations Analyst supports the merchant organization through the troubleshooting of systems. The Analyst primary responsibility is to provide systems support for the Merchant Teams and also serves as liaison between Bloomingdale’s and Macy’s Inc. The individual must be able to understand the business and systems needs at a detailed level and recommend, evaluate and implement technology/business solutions as required. The position entails a great deal of business/system process analysis, project management, excel use and troubleshooting. |
