Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruiting, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Duties

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits options.
• Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee records.
• Support performance management processes by coordinating evaluations and providing guidance to managers.
• Assist in change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational changes.
• Conduct data entry tasks related to employee records and HR metrics.
• Collaborate on various HR projects to improve processes and enhance employee engagement.
• Utilize Taleo or similar applicant tracking systems for efficient recruitment management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
• Experience in benefits administration and understanding of HR policies.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems; experience with Taleo is a plus.
• Knowledge of performance management practices and interviewing techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
