Merchant Chargeback Analyst Sr. jobs in Riverside, CA

Position Summary:

Lead position in the Chargeback Department. This position will make sure that all chargebacks are processed correctly and on time according to Chargeback Department policies.

Essential Job Functions:

• Review and update credit memos and debt memos
• Research and respond to inquiries from internal employees and customers, as needed
• Create and update departmental and management reports
• Assist Accounts Receivable Manager and Chargeback Supervisor with special projects and research, as needed
• Additional duties to be assigned, as needed

Position Requirements:

• SAP experience preferred
• Intermediate Excel
• High school diploma is required
• Some college education (especially accounting) preferred
• Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment in an efficient manner
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communicator, not afraid to ask questions, follow up and problem solve
• Good verbal & written communication skills (Writing sample will be required)
• Must be a team player and willing to assist other team members and various departments
• Must be able to recognize and meet deadlines and volume goals (must be results oriented)
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to research, problem solve and identify solutions
• Ability to multitask and appropriately prioritize

Pay Range: $25/hr
