Job Overview:
Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic hands-on Account Receivable and Chargeback leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile incoming payments from clients and customers.
• Manage accounts receivable ledger and ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients regarding overdue payments.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with invoices and payments.
• Knowledge of use of chargeback applications and experience with chargeback process.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging analysis.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to address customer inquiries and resolve billing disputes.
• Assist with month-end close activities and support financial audits as needed.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to accounts receivable processes.
• Role is onsite

Qualifications:

• Previous retail/wholesale experience in an accounts receivable or similar financial role.
• Familiarity with Charge Guard and/or SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics - or similar systems to manage the chargeback workflow process.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Proficient with chargebacks in a retail and/or wholesale company
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
