Job Summary:

As a Marketing Assistant at Host Merchant Services, you will play a key role in our marketing efforts. You will work closely with our marketing team to assist in various tasks related to SEO, content creation, website management, email marketing, and more. Your creativity and attention to detail will help us elevate our brand and support our sales team in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page SEO to improve our online visibility and rankings.
• Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content for our website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
• Website Management: Maintain and update our WordPress websites, ensuring they are up-to-date and user-friendly.
• Email Marketing: Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management and performance tracking.
• HMS Website Management: Take ownership of the HMS website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, and optimizing user experience.
• Product Literature: Create product literature, sales collateral, and marketing materials to support our sales team's efforts.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing materials and support their initiatives.
• General Marketing Tasks: Assist in various marketing tasks, such as market research, competitor analysis, and marketing reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in SEO, content creation, and WordPress website management.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
• Creative mindset and a passion for marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
