Organizes and assigns the workload for the team and ensures that work is completed timely and accurately. Being a Merchant Chargeback Supervisor coordinates the training of the team members. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Merchant Chargeback Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Merchant Chargeback Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.
