$60,000 - $75,000 yearly

• Cultivate strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure prompt response to all leads and inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure seamless transitions.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on real estate market trends and investment models.
• Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts and letters of intent, to facilitate sales transactions.
• Proactively address client concerns and build trust during the contract process.
• Utilize market research, property data, and outreach to evaluate property value and condition.
• Maintain comprehensive interaction records in the CRM system.
• Prepare and manage essential contracts and documentation.
• Provide daily updates and seek guidance from the sales manager when necessary.
• Participate in weekly and quarterly meetings to stay informed and contribute to team success.
