Job Summary:
Our legal team is adding a Paralegal to join us in our Ormond Beach location. The successful candidate will support the legal department by reviewing the company’s policies, gathering data, preparing documents or other paperwork involved in the Mergers & Acquisitions process. They will work closely with and in collaboration with the M&A team to support the various acquisition activities.
