Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst jobs in Lebanon, PA

The Treasury Analyst will support corporate financial, investment and liquidity functions on a company-wide basis. Among other responsibilities, the Analyst will be responsible for managing the daily cash position and will play a key role in improving and automating global cash management.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

1. Provide analytical support for corporate investment and finance decisions involving interest rate risk, currency risk, liquidity, and capital planning.
2. Monitor, analyze and reconcile the company's daily cash position.
3. Develop and monitor cash forecast.
4. Recommend and implement improvements to the current cash forecast processes.
5. Work closely with the Accounts Team to improve cash management and the cash conversion cycle.
6. Assist in the preparation of quarterly internal and external financial reports.
7. Analyze trends and variances in financial performance.
8. Support the production of and distribution of financials, ratio monitoring, and debt compliance reporting.
9. Initiate ACH and wire transfers.
10. Respond to management inquiries and perform special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed.
11. Assist the Accounts Team, comprised of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, as needed.
