Additionally, Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst prepares required documentation. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings. Assists with project management activities. Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. We are seeking an experienced Financial Institutions Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Senior Analyst or Associate with 3-7 years of relevant accounting experience to join either our Troy, MI office or in a hybrid role in our small office space in Boston, MA working with our Director of M&A. This is a small growing team with significant deal flow. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to develop and advance within the team, be challenged by the variety of work and immediately make valuable contributions to a growing practice.
