27-attorney law firm with significant growth plan seeking to hire a highly experienced corporate/M&A attorney for one of its five offices: Fort Lauderdale, Stuart, Vero Beach, West Palm Beach, or Orlando.

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in business transactions including corporate governance, structuring, asset purchases and sales, stock/membership interest purchases and sales. Board certification preferred. Book of business preferred.

Salary/compensation model will depend on experience, book of business, and candidate's preference. Compensation may include salary, revenue sharing, and bonus(es).

Responsibilities:

In addition to all capabilities and proficiencies listed above, the ideal candidate must be comfortable with serving as point of contact for clients and timely and communicative interaction with clients.
