Being a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst develops projections, reports, and presentations of the impact of a merger/acquisition on the organization. Performs financial forecasting and modeling. Additionally, Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst prepares required documentation. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings. Assists with project management activities. Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Due to continued and anticipated growth, we are actively seeking a Project Manager to act as our Mergers and Acquisition Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the company's expansion strategy by sourcing, evaluating, and facilitating the integration of new acquisitions. You will be responsible for leading the entire process, from identifying potential targets to overseeing tactical updates for integration and data migration.
