POSITION:
Acquisition Lead will be responsible for acquiring properties by working with homeowners, agents and wholesalers to generate, negotiate and close leads. This includes frequent phone, text, and email communication with agents, wholesalers and sellers, as well as in person meet-ups with clients. In addition to building rapport with our clients, you would be responsible for setting appointments with contractors, photographers and sellers. You will also be required to visit properties as required for the transaction.
TRAINING:
All training and equipment for the position is included. Laptop and all necessary software licenses will be provided. Top notch training from industry experts will be provided. All employees will have the opportunity to become a licensed real estate agent in the state of
California if so desired.
EDUCATION:
Real Estate Licence or experience/education in real estate investment acquisitions

PAY STRUCTURE
100% Commission with an opportunity to be promoted to a Base Salary Commission role.
