    Government Acquisitions Inc. (GAI) – is seeking an OEM Partner Alliance Manager to focus on and develop strategies to increase GAI's sales through those defined partners. Candidate will preferably be based out of the Washington-Baltimore, DC metro area.

    Job Description & Work Responsibilities (Tasks include but are not limited to the following):
    • Establish, maintain, and deepen relationships with OEM partner accounts to create increased sales opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain a business plan for your OEM accounts. Use the business plan as a road map for building pipeline and success.
    • Work with sales management on development and execution of OEM strategy.
    • Be seen and treated by your OEM partners as a trusted and valued resource.
    • Work with GAI sales organization and assigned OEM sales organizations to ensure growth plans are in place and being executed upon.
    • Collaborate with the marketing organization to plan, deliver, and mange an effective communication and demand generation campaign for each OEM partner.
    • Administer OEM partner program elements including scheduling training, administer MDF claims. sales reports, and track certifications.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.
    Qualifications/Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
    • Ability to Travel to Assigned Partner OEM Events and Meetings.
    • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills, PowerPoint Development and Presentation Skills, Customer Service, Business and Negotiation Skills.
    • Strong Collaboration and Organizational Skills with a Sense of Urgency to Drive Revenue Generation for Assigned Partners.
    • Ability to Multi-task in a Dynamic, Rapidly Growing Organization.

    Education:
    • Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree; or related field is preferred.
