We are a rapidly growing off-market real estate investment firm seeking a motivated Director of Real Estate Acquisitions to join our team. As a Director of Real Estate Acquisitions, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring profitable off-market real estate investment opportunities for our company.
Responsibilities:
Speak with sellers over the phone and meet with them in-person to build trust and present solutions that will address any challenge they may be facing
Research, identify, and evaluate potential off-market real estate investment opportunities
Conduct site visits, inspections, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with property owners
Work closely with the rest of the team to analyze potential investments

No sales experience required. Real estate experience preferred
Strong understanding of real estate investment principles and practices
