Mergers and Acquisitions Manager evaluates an organization's opportunities for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures and oversees M&A project management processes including due diligence, financial planning, scoping, closing, and integration.     Director Integrations, Mergers and Acquisitions *Remote*

    The Director, Partner Strategy and Integration is responsible for designing, leading, supporting and monitoring partner and integration efforts related to M&A initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, and joint ventures for Providence St. Joseph Health and its affiliates. Under the direction of the Executive Director, Partner Strategy and Integration, the Director provides leadership for the operationalization and ongoing formation of the Partner Strategy program accountable for tracking partnerships across the system, providing end-to-end management of specific partnerships, representing PSJH and maintaining relationships with potential external partners within and outside of healthcare, and leading integration efforts in support of the strategic initiatives that drive growth and diversification throughout the organization. The position manages both direct and virtual teams and will occasionally be on site for team meetings.

    Required qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Organizational Psychology, etc.

    • 10 or more years experience with Mergers and Acquisitions, Healthcare Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, Strategy, Business Development, and/or Marketing.

    • 5 or more years of experience interacting with C-suite executives and/or governing boards.

    • Demonstrated experience and success in leading cross-functional and virtual teams for complex, strategically essential, high risk system initiatives.

    • Experience that demonstrates effectiveness in accomplishing objectives in a complex organization.

    • Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.

    • Upon hire: Pass TSA airport screening.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Master's Degree Business Administration, Health Administration or Public Health.

    • 3 years Leading healthcare operations or managing healthcare mergers and acquisitions in large, complex organizations.

    WA Puget Sound

    Min: $79.20, Max: $131.66

    Eastern Washington (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla)

    Min: $70.48, Max: $117.16
