Metadata Services Director administers the library's integrated system database and establishes the IT infrastructure for college/university library. Serves as the expert in the digitalization and preservation of resources and records. Being a Metadata Services Director manages licenses of digital contents. Requires a master's degree of from an ALA-accredited school. Additionally, Metadata Services Director typically reports to a manager. Schedules Available: Full Time, Monday–Friday Exempt Position
Duties/Responsibilities:
Active member of the interdisciplinary care team.
Responsible for the assessment, care planning, and implementation of the psychosocial, mental, emotional and behavioral needs of the residents.
Acts as liaison between resident, family, facility staff and community.
Provides crisis intervention and supportive counseling to residents/families as needed.
Completes MDS assessments in accordance with facility guidelines.
Discharge planning services for short term rehabilitation residents.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Master’s degree in social work or Bachelor’s Degree in social services or related human service field.
At least one year experience as a Social Worker dealing with the adult/geriatric population in a long term care/rehabilitation setting.
