Meter Maintenance Technician jobs in Port Arthur, TX

Amlon Resources Group is a global environmental services and trading company in existence for over 35 years, headquartered in midtown NYC. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to work at our process facility in Port Arthur, Texas. The successful candidate must be able to work well in a team environment. The position reports directly to the maintenance supervisor.

Job Requirements

• This position involves maintaining equipment at a small process plant.
• This includes typical light industrial equipment such as conveyors, gearboxes, 3 phase motors, pneumatic cylinders, pumps, blowers, etc.
• Basic knowledge of welding is required.
• A strong mechanical aptitude is required.
• Advancement is available for those with mechanical aptitude and motivation.
• Position will involve some overtime.
• Work schedule may vary.

Physical requirements:

• Working indoors and outdoors (in all weather conditions),
• Standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders,
• Working at heights
• Heavy lifting
