JOB SUMMARY

Calero, the leading technology expense management solution for complex enterprises, is looking for an Audit Analyst to join the Strategic Sourcing Group (SSG). The Audit Analyst provides on-going analysis of customer billing, inventory, and contract data to identify areas of historical dispute and future cost savings/optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs analysis of customer billing, inventory and contract data in order to identify areas of historical dispute and future cost savings/optimization
• Assists in the clean-up of existing and aging open cost savings/optimization opportunities across the SSG customer base
• Maintain audit tracker to ensure accurate capture and reflection of identified, implemented, achieved and rejected savings on a monthly basis
• Assists with on-going audit activities within the SSG team, including testing active lines with phone calls
• Support the customer in the achievement of identified historical disputes and future cost savings/optimization
• Monitor and track holistic client value being produced by all audit activities for client base
• Work closely with the entire SSG team on special projects geared towards driving customer savings
• Perform all other duties as assigned including maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• (preferred) Bachelor’s degree in accounting, math or analytical related field
• 2 - 3 years of telecom auditing experience preferred
• 3 - 4 years of experience working with enterprise clients (B2B) preferred

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

• Comfortable working independently to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Ability to communicate efficiently with project participants at all levels within their team

The salary range for this position is $48,880 to $67,050. It is important to Calero that potential candidates for this position understand that compensation depends on numerous factors including the geographic location where the role will be performed, skills required, experience, complexity, travel, and market rate.
