Middle Market Lending Manager makes and services middle market loans and lines of credit. Performs analysis of applicant's financial data to evaluate risk and creditworthiness. Being a Middle Market Lending Manager develops loan structures that maximize profitability and meet the needs of the client. Establishes good client relationships and potential for future referrals or cross-sell opportunities. Additionally, Middle Market Lending Manager monitors loan portfolios and compliance with lending terms and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Middle Market Lending Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Middle Market Lending Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Under the supervision of the Parks and Recreation Director, the Market Manager will lead on-site operations of the market while maintaining and building vendor and customer relations, promoting the market through social media and other communication methods, and in the development of the market organization. This position is a seasonal part-time position with Thursday from 7am-2pm being a required workday. Additionally, must be available for 6-8 office hours each week split between two additional workdays. Position will begin Mid to Late May through the end of August.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Represent the City on-site for every market day, arriving early to set-up the market tent, help vendors with their set-up needs. Ensure market signage, literature and educational information is properly and attractively displayed at all times during the market day. Assist with various communications to farmers/vendors (emails, answering phone calls, etc. Assist with generating social media content including taking photos of the market, helping promote vendors throughout the season, etc. Performs other related work as required
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in outside weather conditions. The employee will occasionally be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fluctuations in temperature and occasionally chemicals. The employee will also work in an office setting where they will sit and work at a computer, communicate by telephone, email or in person, and move around the building to travel to other locations.
