Essential Job Functions:

• Promote trust and respect among associates by communicating company, department, and job specific information.
• Collaborate with associates and promote teamwork to help achieve company/store goals.
• Working a schedule that meets the customer needs.
• Display product knowledge of the products we sell in the deli department
• Maintain quality and freshness of products while following all food safety requirements
• Place seasonal orders to support holidays and events
• Manage the pricing and gross profit percentage of the deli department
• Ability to perform inventory

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge of basic math
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Deli/Restaurant Management experience
• Knowledge of current food safety guidelines

Starting pay negotiable depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
