FaithLife Market is seeking an experienced Barista to join our team for the position of LEAD BARISTA/MANAGER. The position will be responsible for the highest level of professionalism of all our coffee & tea products. Duties will include; managing and training barista’s, POS system, inventory of products.

Experience and qualifications:

• At least 1 years of experience in specialty coffee industry.

• Excellent management skills and ability to self-direct.

• Ability to creatively troubleshoot difficult situations.

• POS and cash handling experience.

• Be able to train coffee sector employees to maintain and sustain company policies.

• Cultivate a professional, friendly, efficient work environment.

• Well-organized and detail-oriented.

• Lead staff meetings.

• High degree of ethics with customer service.

• Work varied hours/days based on business needs.

• Passion for QUALITY and love of coffee.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
