Performs loan portfolio tracking and generates reports to measure compliance with lending terms and policies. About the Position:
As a SBA Servicing and Portfolio Specialist you will be the face of customer service to our growing portfolio. You will also coordinate with the SBA closers, Credit Administration, Loan Operations, and customers on servicing request transactions including but not limited to annual reviews, payoff’s, and loan booking. You will also be responsible for remaining current on SBA SOP regulations, all lender policies and procedures, and all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
