Supervisor Front-End

Must have flexibility and be able to work some nights and weekends. We are looking for an motivated Supervisor for our front-end who is passionate about working hard and customer service! Supervisory experience required. You will be responsible for the supervision of cashiers and courtesy clerks as well as other areas of the store when managers are gone. Will provide direction and support to cashiers and courtesy clerks while ensuring outstanding customer service. The supervisor will be responsible for pickups, loans, overrides and safe cash handling. The supervisor is a responsible team player and always ready to learn and will act as a person in charge while management is not present. Some mid-shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

A Supervisor is a responsible, friendly Team Member who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Closing several nights a week.
• Working weekends. Might change occasionally based on needs.
• Act as a person in charge while management is not present.
• Supervise a team of cashiers and courtesy clerks
• Accurately enter pickups, loans, overrides and safe cash handling
• Outstanding customer service qualities, always striving for extraordinary customer experiences
• Safety and Sanitation throughout department

Qualifications

Desired qualifications include:

• Supervisory experience.
• Be dependable and reliable.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma.
• One to two years cashier experience
• Retail experience preferred
• Have great communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide feedback and training to associates.

Standing, Sitting, Lifting Stocking (Up to 50 lbs.), Pushing, Keyboarding, Telephone Use, Walking, Bending

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
